Letter: Sleep out to support the homeless

I am participating in this year’s second annual Change for the Better CEO Sleepout on Sept. 27, organized by Downtown BIZ.
Last year, in the inaugural CEO Sleepout, we raised more than $100,000 in total for education programs that help the homeless, including $9,140 through my individual campaign – thanks to the generosity of friends and supporters of CentrePort Canada.
This year, Change for the Better aims to surpass the $100,000 mark – with a little healthy fundraising competition among CEOs – while also offering programming that raises awareness and understanding about the complex social issues surrounding homelessness.
Please support our goal of raising $150,000 by Sept. 27. Personal and corporate donations are accepted and tax receipts will be issued. No donation is too small!
I invite you to visit my portal – http://www.changeforthebetter.org/index.php/archives/person_type/ceo – to make your contribution today.
Thank you in advance for your support.
